That’s true. I definitely can be, but also:

I have mastered listening and energy mirroring in the two decades of working directly with the public. I have years of experience with group training and I feel at ease in front of a large room of people. I have a strong voice when I need it and can make people feel welcome in my space.
When working with a client, I soon discover that I match their energy and help them open up about their life, stress and challanges. I can work through problems, in fact, there isn’t a problem that I haven’t seen before. After 20 years in the salon, you bet I have seen it all!
RESET YOUR BODY WITH KETO
Let’s get started.
First, select the setting icon in your brain. Select FUEL SOURCE menu. Scroll down to see options. Select Ketones. Make sure you delete Glucose. Hit SAVE. All done.

Did you know that we are all in ketosis when we are born? Even in the first few weeks, breastfed humans are running their bodies on ketones. Right up until the first spoonful of sugary baby food that airplanes into our mouth. (see post about environmental consequence)READ HERE!
Our brain thrives when running on ketones and sludges along on glucose. How do I know? I have lived on both fuel sources. I lived for about 40 years on glucose. I grew up with popsicles, Kool-aid, peanut butter, pizza, and soda. I felt the “up and down” of my energy even as a teen. Ever had school lunch and was asleep the next period? YES, it was my long boring Algebra class, but anyway, I really wanted to sleep. Then I would go home after school, watch Oprah and snack on soda and chips. Sluggish again before dinner struggling to work on homework. During dinner I would carb-up on potatoes or pasta and another soda! I would be wired and struggled sleeping at night. Fast forward to February of 2016 when my husband and I decided to change our lives. (see more in MyStory post)READ HERE!
February of 2016, I changed my fuel source to ketones. I feel so different. My energy is consistent. I do have some caffeine during the day, but if I don’t, I am not feeling the need to lay down. I can go for hours and be focused on a task and actually accomplish something! That is huge. I am not “up and down” after a meal. I now keep my body in ketosis and I love they way I feel and I believe you will too.
Depending on how much glucose (fat) is currently being stored on your body, you may have to correct somethings first as you transition into health.
Have you been diagnosed with insulin resistance, fatty liver or type 2 diabetes? Pre-diabetes? Let’s focus on correcting these things, then the weight issue. It is important to be in the best health in order to loose weight. Your body is programed not to loose anything. Your body will be confused and it will be challenging for a few days, but I believe it will all be worth it.
