KETO CHOCOLATE CAKE DONUTS

- 3 TBSP melted baking chocolate sugar free
- 3 TBSP melted butter unsalted
- 2 TBSP coco powder sugar free
- 1/3 CUP keto powdered sweetener I use erythritol
- 1/4 CUP heavy whipping cream
- 1 TSP baking powder
- 2 TSP vanilla extract
- 1 CUP almond flour
- 4 eggs
Preheat oven to 350F.In a mixing bowl, use hand blender to whip together the butter, cream, sweetener and vanilla.Then add in the coco powder and melted chocolate. Blend.Add in the eggs, baking powder and almond flour. Blend until smooth.Spoon out into a greased donut baking tray or silicon mold. You can also prep baking tray with powdered sweetener after greasing with butter or coconut oil.Bake for 15 minutes. Cool for 10 before frosting or glazing.
