KETO PIE CRUST
The perfect Keto crust.
Servings: 1 pie
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 CUPS Almond flour I use Kirkland from Costco
- 1/4 TSP Baking soda
- 1/4 TSP Vanilla extract
- 1 TBSP Keto sugar I like Just Like Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 TBSP Melted butter I use kerrygold
- 1/4 TSP Salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Press dough into pie tin. Bake at 350 for 8 - 10 minutes. Fill.
