KETO CAKE DONUT

Here is a joyful sugar-free, low carb cake donut! We enjoy eating them plain or decorating them with a sweet glaze using Choczero syrups! Let your creative side soar!

Ingredients

  • 5 TBSP butter unsalted, melted
  • 1/4 CUP sugar substitute I use erythritol, granular
  • 2 TBSP Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 TSP baking powder
  • 1 TSP vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 CUP almond flour

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
    Melt the butter completely. 
    In a mixing bowl, use a hand blender to mix butter, cream and sweetener.
    After smooth, add vanilla and eggs. Mix. Then add baking powder and flour.
    Spoon mixture into well greased donut pan or silicon donut molds.
    Bake 15 or until done. Let cool and ice with my keto donut glaze recipe!
