Keto shorbread cookie dough is perfect for a quick simple cookie or a base for cookie bars.

Ingredients
- 2 CUPS Almond flour I use Kirkland from Costco
- 7 TABLESPOONS Keto sugar I use Anthony's erythritol
- 1/4 TEASPOON Salt
- 6 TABLESPOON Unsalted butter I use Kerry Gold
- 1 TABLESPOON Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together. Form balls and press to shape. Bake on parchment covered cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes.
