Ingredients

  • 2 CUPS Almond flour I use Kirkland from Costco
  • 7 TABLESPOONS Keto sugar I use Anthony's erythritol
  • 1/4 TEASPOON Salt
  • 6 TABLESPOON Unsalted butter I use Kerry Gold
  • 1 TABLESPOON Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Pre heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together. Form balls and press to shape. Bake on parchment covered cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes.
