These are my new favorite Keto dessert! Browned Butter Chocolate Chip Brownies! Recipe below.

I always get contacted by clients who say they just can not give up sweets! I remind them that they don’t have to, they just have to get into their kitchens. When giving up sugar, you can still enjoy dessert as long as you control every ingredient that goes into the sweet treat. As always, do not over eat anything, even if it’s keto friendly. I have one with coffee in the afternoon if I’m not with a client and for sure have one after my keto dinner.

    1. I totally agree. I get nervous listing nutritional value because people cut different size squares for brownies and shape different size balls for pecan balls and slice different slices of pound cake. Hahahahaha. Each square is about 2.3grams net carbs. I focus on the ingredients being all keto friendly separately. I know that this recipe is FAR better than buying a box brownie mix from the grocery. I have one brownie a day and feel amazing! I never want to feel deprived so I make sure I make something sweet each week to have on hand when dessert time comes! Thanks so much for hanging out with me and reading my blog!
