KETO TACO CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 1 POUND Ground beef
  • 1 PACKET Taco seasoning
  • 1/2 CUPS Water
  • 2 OUNCES Cream cheese
  • 1/4 CUP Salsa
  • 1/4 CUP Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 CUP Shredded cheese
  • 1/4 CUPS Almond flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 TBSP Hot sauce OPTIONAL
  • 1/2 CUP Chopped green and red peppers OPTIONAL

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Brown ground beef in skillet, drain and add taco seasoning and water. Continuing in skillet on low heat, mix in salsa and cream cheese. Mix for 1 minute. Add Almond flour. Mix. Press meat mixture into 8 X 8 greased baking dish. In mixing bowl - whisk eggs and HWC...add optional hot sauce. Pour over meat mixture. Add shredded cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes or until egg is set. Cool before cutting.
