No worries. I can help you. We are in this together. I can see the majority of the population struggling with not only weight, but low energy levels. Low brain performance and low zest for life are other struggles that keto can improve. So many people think they are doing keto as they slurp down a diet soda. I see so many people trying to do keto and are not educated or informed (google doesn’t count) and have too much protein.

 

Keto is non-medical weight loss. You cannot medicate your way to health. Keto is lifestyle FAT loss. But first, keto gets you in better health so you can lose fat. Improvements in mood, energy, sleep, pain and cardiovascular health are seen within a few weeks of a keto lifestyle.

Let’s look at your body as a car. Bare with me ( I love cars)… I have a point. If your car runs out of gas, would you paint it? Would you wash it? Would you try to improve the look of it before you expect it to run? NO. You have to fix the very basics of HOW it runs before the outside beauty of the car. RIGHT? You have to fuel the body correctly before you can focus on the outside of the body. Hope that makes sense.
